888y Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Platform" means the 888y website accessible at 888y.club and all associated services, products, and features operated by 888y, including cricket sports betting, the 888y Casino live dealer section, the slots lobby, and account management tools.

"User Account" or "Account" means the personal account created by a registered user on 888y, associated with a single verified identity, through which access to all 888y products is managed.

"PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a User Account and used to fund bets, casino wagers, and slot play on the 888y Platform.

"Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, or slot title through the 888y Platform using funds from a User's PKR Wallet.

"Verification" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification process required by 888y before a User may withdraw funds from their Account, which may include submission of government-issued identification documents.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating a 888y Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are the sole authorised user of the Account and are registering on your own behalf;
• You are not registering in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of 888y, its parent entities, or any of its game providers, where such participation would present a conflict of interest;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888y or had a prior Account closed for breach of these Terms.

888y reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension pending verification. It is each User's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their participation on 888y is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full 888y Platform, including the ability to place Bets and access your PKR Wallet, you must complete the registration process accurately and provide current, complete, and truthful information. 888y enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy.

• Each individual may maintain only one active Account on 888y. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 888y will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
• You must notify 888y support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
• 888y reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• Where KYC verification is triggered, you must provide valid government-issued identification. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld until satisfactory verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888y Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888y supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

888y reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious transaction patterns, or where a withdrawal request is flagged by 888y's fraud prevention systems. In all such cases, 888y will notify the User and provide reasons where permissible by law.

5. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 888y Platform — including cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and any other sporting events offered — are governed by the specific sport rules displayed in the 888y sportsbook at the time of bet placement, and by these Terms where the specific rules are silent.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds cannot be altered retroactively.
• 888y reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, including where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome was known at the time of placement, or where bet placement violates these Terms.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a match. 888y is not liable for any Bets not confirmed prior to market suspension.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within the applicable time window specified in the sport rules, Bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rule for such events.
• Maximum Bet limits apply per market and are subject to change. 888y reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for individual Users at its sole discretion.

6. Casino & Slots

All casino games available through the 888y Casino section and slots lobby are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes for slot titles are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studios.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages certified by the game provider and are displayed within each game's information panel. 888y does not modify game RTP settings.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino or slot game round, the round may be declared void and any staked amount returned to the User's PKR Wallet. Where game records are available from the provider, settlement will be based on those records. 888y's determination in all technical dispute matters is final.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

888y may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where specifically stated and applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 888y reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of any promotional offer — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, or structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888y Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one Account or registering using false identity information;
• Using the 888y Platform while under 18 years of age;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with Bets placed on 888y;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 888y;
• Collusion with other Users to exploit casino games or promotional offers;
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to deposit into your 888y Account;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 888y Platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

888y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 888y has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require suspension;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.

Upon Account closure for breach, 888y may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the User in the normal course and no breach is involved, any remaining PKR Wallet balance will be refunded to the User's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable pending bet settlements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888y Platform — including but not limited to the 888y brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, odds data, software interfaces, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888y or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior express written consent of 888y.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the 888y Platform.

888y does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888y makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for User reliance on such assumptions.

888y's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their 888y Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

888y collects, processes, and retains User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 888y Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 888y Privacy Policy.

888y will not sell or rent User personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

13. Responsible Gaming

888y provides the following responsible gaming facilities, accessible directly from your logged-in Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable by the User at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR losses per session, day, week, or month, after which the Account is temporarily restricted from further play.
• Session Timers / Reality Check: Time-based alerts that inform the User of session duration and net result at chosen intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent Account closure requested by the User. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

14. Amendments to These Terms

888y reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 888y will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 888y Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888y is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, game outcome, Account balance, or any other Platform-related matter, Users must first raise the matter with 888y's customer support team at [email protected]. 888y will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in 888y's applicable licence conditions.
